Christa Cassilis-Hayburn

Hey All! I am Christa Hayburn. I am CEO of Connecting the Dots Soulutions. I am a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach. I work with women who are healing from Shame and Injustice to move into Self Confidence. I offer programs designed specifically to help you with Releasing and Reclaiming your Self-Worth!!!

At the age of 30, Christa suffered from nerve injuries in her left shoulder, elbow and forearm as a police officer. After two surgeries and being placed on six different medications for pain relief the medical community told her that her only choice for pain relief was to have a spine stimulator placed in her back for the REST of her life. She said, “No Way!” Instead she took a more holistic approach; which included changing her diet, taking vitamins and practicing stress reduction techniques, which has ultimately reduced the pain Dramatically. Simultaneously, she was also a victim of a Sexual Assault by a former peer within the Police Department the same year. It took many years of counseling, medications, hospitalizations and Confidence to step into the Role of a Survivor embracing avocation on Speaking Up against Sexual Violence and Rape. She has done 40 hours of Sexual Assault Training with Women's Organization Against Rape and has made the Local Headlines by Speaking Out against her own perpetrator in the Philadelphia Daily News.   She has discovered after taking many small steps in the healing process that she has regained her Confidence and Strength and overcame the Shame that was connected to the Assault so that she assists other women who have also traveled a similar path. Her True passion is helping women heal from the Shame and Injustice to move into reclaiming their Self-Confidence.
